CHANDON Spritz Berries & Hibiscus proudly showcases the viticultural expertise that has defined our Maison since 1959, now crafted into an innovative ready-to-serve aperitif cocktail. Our expert winemakers Ana Paula Bartolucci of CHANDON Argentina and Pauline Lhote of CHANDON California, poured years of sparkling-wine prowess and 64 recipe tries over four years into every bottle. Through a slow maceration in our fine grape spirit, each natural ingredient reveals its intricate aromatic complexity, creating a vibrant, layered flavor profile that defines CHANDON Spritz Berries & Hibiscus.
COMPOSITION & CRAFT
A NATURAL JOURNEY TO 6%
6% ABV is the magic number behind our new Spritz recipes. Because there’s a Spritz for every moment and every taste, we took a natural approach— starting with early-picked, low-sugar Muscat grapes and using arrested fermentation to achieve a light, perfectly balanced profile.
CHANDON Spritz Berries & Hibiscus come in at 6%, because sometimes you want a lighter option.
Crucially, our Spritzes are not de-alcoholized. No harsh process involved. Instead, they’re thoughtfully crafted from a naturally low-alcohol base, using smart grapes: early-picked, naturally low-sugar Muscat, because fewer sugars equal lower alcohol.
We’ve also precise applied technique, arresting fermentation in our tanks when alcohol hits 5% ALC and residual sugar 57g/l. Our delicious fruit macerates take the final percentage for Berries to 6%. There’s no compromise on quality or flavor just thoughtful, careful, ever-inspired craft.
